HD?

I've noticed that the high definition cable service that I'm paying for isn't really what the cable company says it is. It's bad enough that a lot of the content is extremely compressed, but what about when the provider lies about the content they serve you. When is an HD channel....well, HD? When at least half of its programming is in high definition....a few shows....how about a couple shows with 16 X 9 stretched SD content? Seinfeld in "HD" looks a lot more like the fish on the right up there. Upscaled content is not HD content no matter how much the cable company wants people to think it is. I don't mind that older shows (like Seinfeld) are not in HD, but they shouldn't be advertised as such.
